Lallemand Biofuels & Distilled Spirits Brazil is happy to announce that Jéssica Gomes da Silva has joined us in the position of Technical Specialist. In this role, Jéssica will be responsible for support pilots and commercial trials in Brazil, for ethanol fermentation.
Jéssica is a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, master’s degree in Food Science and Engineer and has experience in fermentation process. Jéssica started her career at Bunge in the global innovation department.
Her expertise is in the area of fermentation process and microbiology, trouble-shooting, technical training and services and application R&D.
Jéssica enjoys playing the drums, traveling and spending time with her family & friends.
